What the job is about

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit, responsible for the full range of services towards our customers in the UK. This includes implementation projects, customer and core software enhancements, post-go-live support, account management. You will be based in the UK, but will also work on projects abroad.

Your role will encompass supporting our existing customers in their use of our software and also implementing our system for new customers.

In your support role, you are the focal point towards the customer.  You will handle the ticket intake; analyze the problem, ask the customer the appropriate questions in order to qualify the issue, and assign it within the organization. You will follow up on the progress, monitor the planning, and inform the customer about the status on a regular basis. You will inform the customers about general matters.

As Business Analyst, you will be involved in software implementation projects. You will help our customers think about their present and future situation and facilitate the optimization of business processes and improve operational efficiencies. You will translate requirements into functional analyses and internally follow up developments, perform tests and implement the rollout of new developments.

You will have the opportunity to broaden the scope of your job and be involved in more technical or commercial roles e.g. Implementation Consulting, Account Management, Project Management... 

Your Interests and Skills

You are a fast learner and can quickly absorb and understand the customer’s business, think creatively and with your strong analytical mind, come up with innovative solutions to business problems.

Excellent time management is important; But for this role, you also need to be flexible, stress-resistant, and a go-getter.

The team in the UK is still quite small so you will need to be highly self-sufficient. You are able to achieve your objectives within a complex multi-disciplinary environment.

You are an excellent team player and besides that, have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both orally and written.

What else is expected:

  • Preferably you have a BSc or MSc grade.

  • You master technical and business subjects in order to identify the best solution for our customers. 

  • You are IT literate and are familiar with the implementations of ERP software.

  • Being fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus.

  • Open to travel occasionally to our head office in Belgium as well as to other customer sites.
