You will work for one of the live-customers, they are already working with our ERP software ‘Miles’, which is a software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. Besides that, they are also working with our new microservices platform.
On the one side you’ll be the contact point for customers regarding questions and defects. In which you’ll:
Ensure a qualified understanding of the issue, make the full analysis, and assist in the implementation of the solution.
Be responsible for monitoring the progress, planning, and informing the customer about the status of the ticket.
But this customer is also constantly implementing new features which are projects from 5 to 8 months. In which you’ll:
Participate in the requirements gathering workshops.
Analyze the requirements and the impact of these requirements.
Design solutions based on the requirements both functional and technical.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team together with Software Engineers and Testers that works in an Agile way. They will also support you in some of the more technical aspects.
Communication skills are key, both towards customers and people within your team. You also have no problem moderating workshops or presenting solutions or finished modules to the customer.
Because of your analytical mindset, you have no problems translating business requirements into system needs & thinking about solutions.
Besides that, you are interested in understanding and documenting different business processes.
What else is expected:
Several years’ experience with software solutions.
Knowledge or at least a strong interest in learning about microservices.
Being fluent in Dutch and English.
Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus, we can also get you up to date with the extensive onboarding process..
