What the job is about

Do you want to analyze business processes and to create solutions? At Sofico you can enhance your skills by rethinking our customers’ business processes and implementing our Miles solution. We help our customers to make the difference by offering an A to Z solution, supported by new technologies.

As a Business Consultant, you will help customers by coming up with innovative ways to make improvements, while implementing the different Miles solutions. You will do this as part of a project team, that manages projects at top companies in Germany or abroad.

We have an extensive training and onboarding program where you will learn how to perform requirements gathering workshops with customers, how to optimize their business processes and how to write functional analysis. You will get more insights in the project management methodologies in order to understand the implementation process from A to Z and you will learn more about consultancy skills. Miles functional training and Miles configuration training will help you to dive into Miles and to learn how to work with our solution. During this onboarding period you will be supported by your jobcoach and the learning coach.

Six months later training ends? No way, we are a Learning Organization and focus on continuous training and development. We offer all kinds of in-house trainings and when appropriate you can follow external trainings. By creating your personal development plan, supported by your career coach, you can define your own career.

Your Interests and Skills

You recently obtained or will obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Economics or IT.

You have strong analytical skills and like to dive into complex questions. You're eager to learn and are looking for a challenge. Communication is key in our projects, you have to communicate well with customers and your colleagues. Proficient knowledge of German (native - C2) and English is required.

You have an affinity with or a strong interest in IT.

As we work all over Germany and also abroad, you are happy to travel now and then to customers or other Sofico offices.
