What kind of company is Sofico, you ask? Good question! Sofico is a software company where everyone works with our own ERP-software package. Whether it is consulting, developing or the architecture around it, we have in-house expertise. You would be working in the HQ in Ghent, but we have no less than 9 other offices worldwide. Next to our main software package, we are actively expanding our product portfolio with SaaS based solutions.

Our ERP-software is called ‘Miles’ and is meant for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It’s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid- and back-office functions that can be extensively configured to the customers’ needs. Our customers are leasing and finance companies, and mobility management companies in the automotive sector.

As a Demand Generation Marketeer you develop, plan, and execute demand generation marketing programs for prospects and customers, and lead campaigns from A to Z in general. Exploring new tactics and channels and staying up to date with marketing trends, are a couple of your main responsibilities.

Still very vague, right? Let’s get into some more detail. You:

• Drive demand generation via an omni-channel campaign strategy.

• Own and monitor the campaign budget and campaign calendar.

• Capture demand by setting up engagement flows or nurture programs.

• Optimize existing and future initiatives based on campaign performance.

• Interpret marketing insights and customer behavior as a campaign driver.

• Manage content creation in line with the content strategy and buyer’s journey.

You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as product development, fellow marketeers and creative agencies and report to the Marketing Lead. Finally, you are part of and collaborate closely with a small but energetic Marketing and Communication team where everyone has his or her own expertise.

Your interests and skills

With your strong interpersonal skills, you successfully network at different levels. You can easily bring people together through your expertise and enthusiasm, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues).

You work independently, are hands-on and have excellent presentation and communication skills. Next to that, you are the proud owner of a creative mindset and meticulous organizational and time management skills.

What else is expected:

• A background in marketing and several years of experience in a marketing campaign or lead generation role.

• Thorough knowledge of current online and offline marketing trends.

• Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and how to build associated content journeys.

• Experience with B2B and account-based marketing (ABM).

• Experience using Hubspot, Pardot or other marketing automation platforms.

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Any other language is a plus.
