For our office in Houten, we are looking for an Office Manager. This means that you are the “face” of our office, being responsible for the wellbeing of our team, the support our Unit Coach, the invoicing process, and some other administrative tasks.
Your main responsibility is managing the office. This means you:
Interact with utility providers.
Provide office materials like coffee, other beverages, pens and papers, etc.
Make sure the office is equipped properly.
Handle all reception and secretarial activities like managing the mail, answering phone calls, etc. Lastly you will also support the event organization like team buildings, BBQ’s, celebrations, etc.
Besides that, you will also:
Support the administration with arranging the travel for the Dutch colleagues, follow up on expense notes and interact with accounting, legal counsels and governmental bodies (federal, state, city).
Help Human Resources with global improvement projects and follow up on applicants.
Assist in local marketing activities and make sure global marketing initiatives are supported.
You will take up an important supporting role for a local team of about 30 people, a team which keeps growing. You’ll also be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely together with the Unit Coach and our professional services teams.

What else is expected:
MBO/HBO educational level.
Preferably experience with administrative tasks of an Office Manager or similar.
2 to 5 years of experience with medium to large scale ERP systems company and related services is a plus.
Being fluent in Dutch and English (both speaking and written proficiency).
You are willing to work part time: 70% spread over 5 days, but with shorter working days (open to discussion).
