Sofico delivers with ‘Miles’, an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It’s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid-and back-office functions, that can be customized to the customers’ needs.
The implementation projects have a duration that ranges between 6 months and 3 years, with a budget of ca. Eur 800K-Eur 4M. And you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary project team of 4-12 team members with business consultants and developers.
Manage 1 or more implementation projects, depending on the sizes of the projects.
With your team, establish and achieve objectives, balancing the competing demands for quality and scope, within time and budget.
Organize and manage communication streams and reporting internally and externally.
You will possibly combine project implementation with account management for live customers.
This means you will:
Taking product ownership for customer changes requests.
Attending customer events.
Discuss customer issues and strategic plans.
You have excellent organization/ planning skills and are able to maintain an overview of the different phases and manage the implementation of different modules and even projects simultaneously.
A strong commercial awareness is important. You make sure that the proposed solutions bring value both for the customer and for Sofico. And take into account the concerns and expectations of the various stakeholders.
You have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship management and influencing skills, managing difficult situations is not a problem for you.
You are a people manager and coach: you succeed in getting your team on track and keep each project member motivated throughout the project duration by challenging and inspiring them.
Because of your excellent communication skills, you can effectively and concisely communicate project and technical information to provide comprehensive recommendations.
Several years experience with project management and project management methodologies (PMBOK/Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc).
Several years experience with medium to large scale ERP deployments with the different phases of a software implementation project: from pre-sales phase till go-live; including requirement analysis, configuration, development, migration, testing, etc...
Experience in the financial sector; experience in the leasing business is a plus.
You are fluent in English.
You are prepared to travel.
