We are looking for a Project Manager with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to drive the delivery of our first-class product into client environments. It is a hands-on role, covering all aspects of planning.
The successful candidate will have
Extensive experience with customer-facing ERP implementation projects, and have an excellent insight in (financial) business processes.
Thorough knowledge and experience with the difference phases of a software implementation project, from pre-sales phase till go-live; including discovery workshops, ERP configuration, development, migration, testing etc. You can maintain an overview of the different phases and manage the implementation of different modules simultaneously.
Have proven experience in the management of technical teams, ensuring all road-blocks are removed such that they can deliver within required timeframes.
Experience in large scale ERP projects and Agile deliveries.
Experience in fleet management and projects using cloud technologies is desired but not essential. Relevant product training will be provided.
Day-to-Day, the role looks like:
Plan all aspects of the project lifecycle. Use a structured and disciplined approach towards risk, communication and stakeholder management
Guide the project teams on continuous improvement and core Agile values and principles
Manage project budget, scope and schedule
Provide constructive feedback for Sofico’s methodologies and procedures and actively participate in their refinement
Ensure all PM artefacts are completed and delivered, for both client and internal requirements. Periodic reporting to the Steering Committee and the enterprise PMO
Work with internal delivery teams to ensure the delivery planning is integrated and release dependencies are managed well
Contribute to implementation reviews and lessons learned workshops and make use of the lessons learnt in the past
Provide constructive feedback for delivery methodologies and procedures and actively participate in their refinement
