Hey you! You clicked on the recruiter-vacancy, so you have a great eye already. But what does it entail, being a recruiter at Sofico, you ask? Let us explain.
You will be part of a HR Team with a broad, international scope. Your main focus will be on attracting, screening and recruiting new employees for the office in Germany.
On the one hand you will be in charge of the active search for candidates and help to come up with innovative recruitment actions in order to increase the inflow. Some possible responsibilities are maintaining contact with universities and colleges, participating in job fairs, collaborating on employer branding initiatives, coordinating with external selection offices and partners, etc.
On the other hand, you get to know the incoming candidates and ensure a smooth follow-up of the selection process, with regular communication to both candidates and hiring managers. You manage the process from A to Z.
When your candidate starts, you also organize the onboarding and make sure everything is arranged.
You will also have the opportunity to streamline and further drive our recruitment process.
Since within HR you continuously come into contact with personal data, it is important that you know how to handle this with the utmost discretion. You also enjoy working with others and communicate openly and clearly about current processes and actions. You do not avoid new responsibilities, but seek them out for yourself. Actively looking for ways to make the recruitment process run smoother and better is not foreign to you.
What else is expected?
You can look back on several years of experience in recruitment & selection and are passionate about HR in the broad sense.
Your first language is German, but you can communicate fluently in English as well.
You have experience with the LinkedIn recruiter tool and the active approach of candidates.
You are a good organizer who directs and follows up the entire recruitment process and all related actions.
