Your main focus will be on attracting, screening, and recruiting new employees for the office in Germany.
On the one hand, you actively search for candidates and help to come up with innovative recruitment actions in order to increase the inflow. Some possible responsibilities are maintaining contact with universities and colleges, participating in job fairs, collaborating on employer branding initiatives, coordinating with external selection offices and partners, etc.
On the other hand, you get to know the incoming candidates and ensure a smooth follow-up of the selection process, with regular communication with both candidates and hiring managers. You manage the process from A to Z.
The onboarding of the new starters with a company starter package, their IT gear, etc.
Guiding new employees through their learning plan.
Implement CSR actions in the local office.
Getting an overview of the local needs and concerns and discuss to see what can be done.
You'll be a part of the HR team, mainly located in Belgium, with whom you can discuss ideas for improving the current processes or can reach out to for questions.
Within HR you continuously come into contact with personal data, so it is important that you know how to handle this with the utmost discretion.
You enjoy working with others and communicating openly and clearly about current processes and actions.
What else is expected?
You can look back on several years of experience in recruitment & selection and are passionate about HR in the broad sense.
Your first language is German, but you can communicate fluently in English as well.
You have experience with the LinkedIn recruiter tool and the active approach to candidates.
You are a good organizer who directs and follows up the entire recruitment process and all related actions.
