We are looking for a motivated trainer experienced in giving training about complex (financial) products to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work together with the training manager and learning/career coaches.
To transfer knowledge to colleagues and customers through training courses, workshops, and brown bag sessions.
To assist and coach colleagues and customers in providing training sessions of their own.
To deliver worldwide on-site training to our customers.
To create and update training collaterals.
To assist in product demos and presales.
To translate existing or new training material from German into English and vice versa.
To work closely with subject matter experts and translate their complex and technical topics into easy-to-understand, user-friendly e-learning content.
Preferably, you have a master's degree in languages and/or a degree in education.
You have an excellent written and oral English and German (native speaker) skillset.
Your spelling and grammar are impeccable.
You have extensive experience in:
teaching mixed audiences ( both end-users and development-oriented trainees) with different levels of expertise (beginner/intermediate/advanced)
content creation: how-to guides, FAQs, training collaterals, manuals,
experience in e-learning animations and training videos and blended learning is a plus.
familiarity with SQL is a plus.
You have a strong interest in technological innovations and have a basic knowledge of business processes.
You are eager to learn (semi-independent) as well as teach.
You value teamwork and enjoy working within a multi-disciplinary team.
You have a vibrant social attitude.
You live in the area of Braunschweig or are willing to move as most of the time you will have to give on-site training to the customer. You are willing to travel as you will occasionally also have to go to other customers or Sofico offices.
