Subscription will result in lease companies and OEMs having more touchpoints with their end users, which will lead to better (and diverse) customized service.

Ben: "We need to dare to let go of the visual aspects and think about the UX of people with a particular disability. A lot of people who are getting older and can no longer see or hear as well... We need to look at how we can expand the visual experience with audio and Augmented Reality."

Jeroen: "Great strides are being taken in voice and AI at the moment and this technology provides fertile ground for the User Experience of the future. So we are indeed thinking here about voice and AI with the speakers that we already chat with at home: Google Home, Alexa, that make life much better for certain people."

"This is not a transition from black to white: Alexa isn’t going to instantly replace all the visual with audio. Instead, it will continue to be a cooperation between visual and audio. Gesture signaling is going to take on a major role here, too. Dialogue is central to this. To support almost every task that you are doing at that moment."

Ben: "In our business, the fleet of the future will be defined by shared ownership, less ownership, more subscription formulas, etc. The economic reasons prompting people to go for subscription will also result in lease companies and OEMs having more touchpoints with their end users, which will lead to better (and diverse) customized service."
