Our HR-team will review your application as soon as possible, generally within the week.

I have applied for a position in the UK, but I am contacted by the Belgian office, how come?
Some of our offices are too small to have their own HR team, therefor our HR department in Belgium will follow-up on your application.

How does the application process looks like?
In general the application process will consist out of 3 rounds + testing: first interview with HR and a business member, online testing, second interview with a practice lead and/or unit coach, third interview with CEO.

How does the online testing looks like?
You will receive a link to a website where we prepared some tests for you. These tests measure in general your analytical skills and take about 30 minutes.

I have no education or background in IT, can I apply?
This depends of the role you are applying for. For certain roles an IT-background is not required, but for most roles we need a solid education or experience in IT.

How come you don't have hundreds of customers?
Well, our software is quite comprehensive and is only used by leasing or fleet companies, it's not a software to manage your company cars.

We are in a kind of niche market and our product is B2B.

Do you also take on trainees or do internships?
Yes we do, if there are open positions they are published on the website. You can always send in a spontaneous application if there's no open position.

I'm not that proficient in English, can I apply?
Since we are an international company with subsidiaries all across the globe, English is the main language for all communication, trainings, documentation,… If your level of English is not sufficient it will be difficult to build a career in Sofico.

How will a start at Sofico look like?
You will get a job coach who coaches you daily the first six months. Our learning coach will also compose an extensive training program, adapted to your role and experience. The program consists out of introductions, a Miles Functional Training, a Miles Configuration Training and much more.

I read that I will have to travel for some roles. What is the frequency of travel?
It depends of the customer and project. Certain customers require more on-site presence than others. The phase the implementation project is in, will also have an influence on travel, usually more during kick-off and before and after go-live.
