You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit, responsible for the full range of services towards our customers in the UK. This includes implementation projects, customer and core software enhancements, post go live support, account management. You will be based in the UK, but will also work on projects abroad.
Your role will primarily encompass supporting our existing customers in their use of our software and also implementing our system for new customers.
In your support role, you are the focal point towards the customer. You will handle the ticket intake; analyse the problem, ask the customer the appropriate questions in order to qualify the issue and assign it within the organisation. You will follow up the progress, monitor the planning and inform the customer about the status on a regular basis. You will inform the customers about general matters.
As Business Analyst you will be involved in software implementation projects. You will help our customers think about their present and future situation and facilitate the optimization of business processes and improve operational efficiencies. You will translate requirements into functional analyses and internally follow up developments, perform tests and implement the roll out of new developments.
You will have the opportunity to broaden the scope of your job and be involved in more technical or commercial roles e.g. Implementation Consulting, Account Management, Project Management...
You have an excellent academic record, a 2:1 or higher degree in an IT-related subject. You are a fast learner and solution-oriented.
You master technical and business subjects in order to identify the best solution for our customers. You are IT literate and are familiar with implementations of ERP software.
You can quickly absorb and understand the customer’s business, think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems.
You have a strong analytical mind, a commercial attitude; you are dynamic, positive, organized, flexible and service-oriented.
You are an excellent team player and have strong interpersonal skills.
You are a self-starter able to achieve your objectives within a complex multi-disciplinary environment.
You have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus.
You are an excellent planner with excellent time management; you are flexible, stress-resistant and a go-getter.
You will be part of a small team in the UK and will need to be highly self-sufficient.
You will be expected to travel regularly to our head office in Belgium as well as to other customer sites.
