As a Support Consultant within Sofico you will be part of a dynamic team which has end to end responsibility to achieve its goals servicing our customers. You are the focal point towards our customers:
You handle the ticket intake: you analyze the problem, ask the customer the appropriate questions in order to qualify the ticket and assign it to the right colleague.
You follow up the progress of the tickets, you monitor the planning and you inform the customer about the status on a regular basis.
You inform the customers about general matters.
You are responsible for a number of supportive tasks:
You follow up the KPI’s and discuss priorities with the team
You ensure and discuss correct issue qualification and time registration, making sure billing is flawless
You (help) develop new and improve existing procedures within the Support department
You support the account managers with the follow up of issues and SLA’s
You validate solutions before they are delivered to the customer
Depending on your interest, an evolution towards a more functional role or the more technical side is possible, including account management.
You have a Master or bachelor degree in IT, engineering, economics or equivalent
You are fluent in French & English
You are an excellent planner and have excellent time management; you are flexible, stress-resistant and a go-getter
You have a client-focused attitude; you are dynamic, creative, service-oriented and have excellent communication skills
You are a problem-solver and have a strong analytical mind
You act with determination; you are an excellent team player, but also able to work autonomously
